(Note the Third: a quick observation on Gabriel's hair... On his moon, the climate is very cold (didn't have to be terraformed, but barely liveable). Think far-north Russia in terms of human life. The poor working classes grow their hair long against the cold, but use a, like, industrial-strength gel to keep it back away from their faces. Gabriel stopped using the stuff after he left the moon, but over a decade of being forced a certain way rather keeps his hairline laying back from his face and my drawing hand cramping. )
